Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Should you arrive early, our Bell Team is happy to store your luggage while you wait for your room to be ready. Alternately, speak with our friendly Front Desk team about arranging an Early Check In (fees may apply).

Yes, The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel offers Valet Parking services for hotel guests. 

Please note that parking spots are limited, and availability is first come, first served. If our on-site parking is full, Street/City parking is available nearby (approximately $50 for 24 hours, paid at street meters or via Parking app on your mobile phone). 

Our hotel is 100% Non-Smoking in all guest rooms and public spaces. Evidence of smoking in our non-smoking hotel will be subject to deep cleaning fees starting from $500. Please smoke & vape outdoors only.

Yes, guests of the Berkeley Hotel can store their luggage, complimentary on their day of arrival and departure. Should you wish to check your bags and head out to explore Asbury Park, touch base with our Bell Team at Front Desk.

Absolutely, our hotel team will accept packages in advance of guests' arrival for your convenience. Please ensure the name on your delivery matches the name on your upcoming reservation, and is ideally coordinated to arrive within a few days of your reservation. Speak with our team for more information.

Once the free cancellation period for your reservation has passed (generally 7-days prior to your scheduled arrival date) the credit card provided to guarantee your reservation will be charged a 1-night deposit for room & tax charges; reservations without a valid payment method will be subject to cancellation. Your method of payment can be changed upon arrival at the hotel, should you wish to use an alternate credit card or split charges. 

Advance Purchase reservations are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and will be charged in full immediately after booking.

We authorize a temporary hold of $150 USD on arrival on the provided credit card to cover any potential incidental charges that may be incurred during your stay, outside of room and tax fees, such as parking charges or restaurant postings. Any un-used incidental authorization will be released upon departure. Kindly note that authorization releases take an average of 3-10 business days (occasionally longer for international credit cards).
